  4. One of my most miserable flying experiences ever was dealing with Air France on a flight from CDG to IAD. That is what happens when you cross a government agency with an airline. They don't give a darn about customer satisfaction. They even enjoy making a game out of s******g up passengers.

    HTH

  5. more luxurious/expensive im told

  6. My friends that work for Lufthansa call Air France -Air Crash

  7. Air France KLM is the largest airline in the world when it comes to operating revenue and is second only in size to American Airlines in the number of passengers it carries annually.  Recently they were poised to buy the failing Alitalia Airlines but it was announced within the last 48 hours that the deal had fallen through.

As with any airline the coach seat will be a coach seat and it's the fare price that really matters.

I've heard that the food aboard Air France is slightly better than most as might be expected.  Air Transport World Magazine has picked it as the worlds top airline many times in recent years.

  8. Best service I ever had was on Air France.

  9. Everything has to be better than Air India, whose planes take off hours late, and whose seat cushions slide off to leave you sitting on metal...and Jet Blue's international flights leave something to be desired too...when I flew Jet Blue out of Nepal, they took my sunscreen away as a security risk but gave me a steak knife on the plane, and they didn't want anyone to use the toilet for the whole flight from Kathmandu to Delhi.
