How does Algores lifestyle disprove global warming?

This is the most common argument i see here:

"Al gore lives in a mansion therefore global warming is false."

I must be an idiot because i can't figure out the connection between the two. Would a denier please explain it to me?

Your mind isn't paranoid enough.  You have to tie in the conspiracy theory in order to understand their thinking.

Al Gore is the leader of the AGW movement (not really, but deniers think he is).  Al Gore lives a hypocritical lifestyle (some truth to this).  If the leader of the movement is not practicing what he preaches, that is evidence that the movement is nothing but a fraud.

That's why, because the Pope was a member of the Hitler Youth, these same people say that Catholicism is a hoax.  Right?

He won a Nobel Peace prize for making people "aware" of global warming (or for some other reason...). It would be like giving a peace prize to Saddam a few years ago. Sure he may say he wants a peaceful Middle East. But at home he was killing people by the thousands.  It's all about hypocrasy.

I doubt that you honestly want to explore views different than your own, but I'll answer anyway.

I don't deny the fact that the Earth has went through many warming and cooling cycles.  The things that I am skeptical about is that these cycles are suddenly primarily man-caused and that humans have the ability to significantly change the natural warming and cooling cycles of the Earth.

The mansion that Mr. Gore owns and the private jets that he uses for his transportation indicate that he doesn't personally take this issue seriously enough to practice what he preaches.  Which is fine as long as people understand why I don't take what he has to say about the subject seriously either.

I don't care that other people are concerned about global warming.  I only care when they try to force me to change my lifestyle to accommodate their beliefs.

I think the most common argument is that Al Gore puts out more pollution than most people, what with his mansion and the private jet. But you could also argue that because he motivates people to cut down on pollution that it works out about even.

It's near 40 degrees in Minnesota today, global warming!  Finally!  

Global cooling tomorrow in the forecast tomorrow, should wake up to below zero temperatures again and stay that way for a week.  Temperature sure does fluctuate a lot!

Weathermen and politicians are the only people I know that can be right less than 1/2 of the time and still keep their jobs.  How is it that no one can predict next months weather, but can predict what it's going to be like a decade or two from now?  

Al Gore (the Goracle) is a Nobel hypocrite, nothing more.

It's due to his hypocrisy. He preaches about it, but doesn't commit to a lifestyle that has a lower carbon footprint.

Actions are louder than words:  People need to be led by example.  If Al Gore isn't even able to follow the guidelines he set out, then why should we?  If the world was so important to him, he would excel in "going green."

No, no, no,  it does not diprove gw.  What it does, it show that if it is occuring, which is most doubtful, he don't give a rat's butt about it,  but he will be sure to make your life a living h**l due to it.
