How does Beckett grade cards? What do they use?

Hey, does anyone know how Beckett Grading grades trading cards? What do they use to see the scratches on the surface of the card? How do they see fingerprints on the cards? Anyone know what tools or instruments they use? Do they use special lights? Do they use UV or Black Lights? How can they tell the condition of the surface of the card?
