There will be no change. The problem is Biden will be just like Cheney and run things while Obama poses for pictures. Biden may be well qualified to be president but he is not the candidate, Obama is and everyone knows Obama is not qualified. That is why he is trying to fool the people by putting Biden on the ticket.  I think Biden understands his only way of becoming president if is Obama meets with some awful end. What Americans must understand is the VP is not supposed to make the decisions, the president is and Obama is not ready, that is something even Biden admitted.

Biden is a US Senator.  He will be US Vice President.  Notice the difference?  That is called change.

Apparently Obama changed his mind about the Iraq war and lobbyists. He claims he would have voted against the war and always says lobbyists are bad. Then he picks a VP who not only voted FOR the war, but has a son who is a Washington lobbyist. I guess that's the change he was talking about.
