He seems to walk across rather gingerly.My guess is well placed Plexi Glass Posts.They would be essentially invisible in the water.Of course this assumes that all the swimmers are in on the trick,but I don't think that would be hard to arrange.

Whatever it is,it's a trick.The only way anyone is going to Walk On Water is if some trick is involved,it simply can't be done.
