  1. Fafsa is an application for grants (free money) and loans (to pay back) that is based on NEED.  Meaning the less money you have the more likely you are to get a lot of help.  Everyone does qualify for loans regardless of income though.

    Fast web is a scholarship search site (free money from many many places that does not have to be paid back) based on MERIT.  Meaning things like good GPA, membership to a certain group, organization, major, employment, etc.
