How does Fantasy Football Plus work?

I'm interested in being a commissioner of a Fantasy Football Plus league this season. It says you can buy a league for $124.99 or pay $24.99 per team. Do I have to pay Yahoo $124.99 up front? If so, will I get money back once other the other 11 managers join? Can someone please explain this to me. Thanks in advance!

  1. I think the managers pay you back if you have a group of guys that want to play.  

    You can play for 24.99 against other people and win a prize, probably a bobblehead or something.   CBS gives cash though if you'd rather play there.  ESPN gives a t-shirt I think.
