How does Glebe rank as a place to live??

Its a great location..close to the city and its not too far out either...Its just a perfect location..

Glebe is one of my favourite Sydney suburbs, close to everything, eclectic etc. A family I know moved from Manhattan to Sydney and rented in Glebe before buying at Putney, they moved back ASAP. It does have a couple of distinct areas, closer to the bay is more comfortable etc closer to Parramatta Rd is a bit grittier. There is significant public housing just behind Broadway Shopping centre, there is quite a high crime rate in this area, largely smash and grab from cars. There are great pubs, cafes, restaurants etc

Great location close to city, transport Uni, close to Leichhard to do great shopping there,  I knew someone lived off Glebe point Rd loved it. Go for it.  Good luck
