they do something to the camera and i don't think you noticed that after the slow part they also look away from him and point it at somebody else so they can fix it

If you watch you'll see he always stands in the middle of the stage he

never goes left or right.That's because under that tile there is a really big fan that runs as for the slow motion what they do  since its not live the will slow that segment down and very carefully speed it backk up
