How does Metro PCS MetroFLASH work?

Question

I already have service with them but to be honest, their phones suck. Iv bought two phones from them already and its always the same, old phones for a very high price. So i was wondering how this new service works. If i buy a phone from lets say.. Best Buy or Circuit City, can i use it this way? or does it work only if i switch from another company.

The Phone Has To Be A CDMA Meaning No SIM Card

I Advise You To Wait A Little Bit Longer Before You Do Because Alot Of Idiots(Employees) Are Still Not Sure On What They're Doing.

Not All CDMA Phones Are Compatible Right Now And If You Do "FLASH" It You Will Only Be Able To Make Calls And Texts No SMS Or Internet
