  1. Well, it's not like they can magically end poverty beacuse they want to.

    I believe Mexico City had a awfully planned growth. It has endemic social problems and people there have a very egocentric and pesimistic view on things. That's why a lot of people is relocating to other cities in the country. Too bad they account for 20% of Mexico's population.

    If you ask how does Mexico as a nation plan to fix poverty, then I can give you a clear answer: Poverty is being erradicated by fulfilling people's basic needs: housing, health caring and above all education and job oportunities. Democracy and a stable economy during the last 12 years have helped a lot. Poverty figures have been descending slowly but steadily for a number of years. There is a plan to completely whipe-out poverty by 2030.

    unfortunately the women of middle class in distress, are the ones whi decide to stop their pregnancy.

    Most of the mexican immigrants are not from Mexico, but from the mexican farm countys.
