  1. it remains unclear if glucosamine(N acetyl glucosamine) alters blood sugar,it is never used to lower the blood sugar,glocosamine is used  for arthritis!but caution is advised in patients with diabets or hypoglycemia,pls consult with your pharmacist!

  3. I do not know of this product being used to lower blood sugar.  Glucosamine is used for the treatment of arthritis.

    There are two very effective supplements I know:
