Also, he gets videos from talk shows and stuff have interesting ppl. how does he have time to watch all those shows get them on his site? like he might put a vid of some1 lipsynching on a talk show performance. he must watch the entire show to see that. where does he find the time? does he have ppl work 4 him?

People, including publicists and stars themselves, send him stuff. Usually when it's a bad thing someone who hates the person sends it. Sometimes with things like s*x tapes, it's the people in it who arrange for it to be sent anonymously. They think it will help their careers and sometimes it does. Or they hope the publicity will sell more of it.

I don't think he watches all those shows, people probably just send him videos or tell him about it.

I wouldn't exactly say he has people that "work for him".. he just has a lot of fans. Fans are always sending him emails and such about the interesting stuff that goes on on tv and at concerts and stuff like that. So the lipsynching video was probably emailed to him by a lot of people.

Perez is also close to a bunch of hollywood insiders. They email him tips about the celebrities. Some of the "insiders" include the celebrities' bodyguards, publicists, friends, and family members. As soon as they hear about something crazy happening to the celeb, they're quick to email perez and tell him about it.

Photo agencies know Perez's website gets millions of hits, so they're far more likely to sell him the pictures instead of any other websites. [example: a picture of Lindsay Lohan walking down the street]

Soo i'm sure you've wondered if he makes any money. He makes hundreds of thousands of dollars from simply running a celebrity gossip website. Since it gets millions of views a day, advertisers are quick to offer thousands of dollars for perez to run an ad. [last i heard, a company paid $50,000 to perez to have their advertisement run on his site.]

This gets perez money for himself and money to pay the photo agencies that have pictures of the celebrities. It's all kind of confusing... but perez deserves a lot more credit than he gets. His website's a perfect example of pop-culture journalism at it's best. seriously, 6 million hits a day.. that's crazy.
