I had to take some this morning, and it killed all those sickening hemroid bugs within minutes and now at least my d**n *** isn't burning anymore.

Those aren't bugs, they are inflamed blood vessels hanging out of your a**s. The prep h numbs it. I feel for you! They hurt!!!
