If I put in a bid, and they reject it, what happens?

Do they counter offer?

What if I don't want to accept that either? Can I abort the whole ordeal?

  1. If they reject it, nothing happens.

If you take no further action, it's over right there.

They *generally* don't make counter offers, but it's possible.

There are restrictions on when you can try again.

You either have to change your offer in some way

(other than just upping the bid) or wait a certain

    amount of time.

That prevents people from easily finding the

lowest accepted price by just rebidding $1

higher each time until they reach it.

If they DO accept the offer, then the deal is

finalized then and there - no refunds, no backing out,

    and no changes.
