How does Reagan's policies of the 1980s affect us today?

Question

I have tons of info on him...about his tax policies, the American Dad, the ending of the Cold War....but i can't find any websites that kinda state how his policies are still affecting America.

Maybe communism is no longer a threat to America? Did "Star Wars" create this awesome system in the United States, superior to all?

That's what I can think of...but maybe you guys have more info.

Reagan busted up the labor unions during his administration.  He busted the air traffic controller union and labor unions have never been the same or strong since then.
