  1. Hard to tell, both are about women. In 130, his love is quite plain. She is not someone you worship on a pedestal. There is nothing luminus about her. But he loves her just the same. She is devoid any feature that might be used as hyperbole in describing her

    In 20, he addresses the guile and cunning of women. Almost how women control the men that love them. Some even go so far as to think this Shakespeare admitting to being g*y. In a more likely senario, he may feel that his male companions are more genuine than his female loves.

    So in 130 you have a woman that has captured his heart as someone less than spectacular. BUT in 20, regardless, woman will manipulate.
