  1. I hate to say that unless you have the syrup that they use there it's not really gonna taste the same, and even then, the coffee that you use will probably be a bit different and the like so no matter what it's not going to taste exactly the same, just as trying to re-create a dish from your favorite place to eat is next to impossible  because the ingredients that they have are so different than what we would be able to buy normally at the supermarket. My best advice to you would be to go to starbucks and see if they sell the syrup, and stock up at that, because at the rate they seem to be going who knows how much longer they will be around.

  2. Starbucks uses a syrup. The recipie is

mocha (2-4 pumps depending on size, you'll want to do what tastes right to you I don't know how much a pump is)

    esspreso

    steamed milk

    wipped cream

    coffee

    whipped cream

Add milk and chocolate chips to saucepan and heat until chips are melted, meanwhile make coffee in espresso machine, pour half of milk mixture in coffee mug and fill rest of mug with coffee saving enough room for a dollop of whipped cream.

    ----------------=---------------------...

    1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup Marshmallow creme (I made my own)

1 bar Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Bar (broken into 1\" pieces)

    1 Tbsp. Butter

    2 Tbsp. Milk

    1 tsp. Vanilla extract

In a double boiler, combine the corn syrup, marshmallow creme, white chocolate, butter, and milk over hot, but not boiling water.

Stir continuously until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
