  1. He wears layers of clothing.

  2. His suit is made special to condense his muscles.  Kind of like a girdle except its for his muscles, not fat lol

  3. He does not have 'more Muscles' he has greater strength which is based on either the Lower gravity of Earth V. Krypton or the solar radiation providedby the yellow v. Red sun.

so if anything he possesses the same 'musculature' as a human, but the Muscles are more dense, but still in the same physical space. Much like a Weightlifter, who does not possess any extra muscles, it is just that theirs' are worked harder than most, and they do not possess the standard Body fat that normal people do.

to tone down any appearance of a super human physique while acting as Clark, he wears ill fitting clothes, often a sizelarger than he would need so itdrapes off of him rather than clinging, and exposing his physical stature.

  4. The same way that he hides his identity, he has a hypnotic thing with his eyes, when he is Clark Kent he fools people into thinking that he looks slightly different then what he really does because then they would know that he is Superman.

I read that once when i was looking up info on Superman, I think that was the original story for him but it just turned into a joke with the glasses and such...
