How does Tuition remburstment work exactly?

i just got a job and they have this program and i cant find any information on it in my handbook.

talk to someone in the human resources dept. Typically you take approved course at your local college and receive passing grades. You then submit this info to your employer and they reimburse you for the cost of the course.
