  1. The company should give you a tracking number for it. UPS sucks though, I also live in TX and seriously don't get 1/2 my packages. Once I saw the UPS guy stop in front of my place and didn't even come up, left and it showed my package was "delivered". I called the 1800 number right away 3 times before they said they contacted the local office. I drove to the warehouse after it closed to get my package and they stopped the truck before it could unload and took it off. Apparently a lot of theft happens at UPS by delivery guys. It seriously sucks so get that tracking number and watch it. It will probably take 1-3 weeks, at least it does for me with UPS.

  2. I work with UPS daily and the company I work for is in TX.  It takes approximately 4 days for a package to go from TX to PA.  I would ask for the tracking number for the package because UPS has a habit of losing packages.  I call it "UPS Limbo."  When you run the tracking number through UPS's website.  Included with the information provided will be an expected delivery date.  If the package does not arrive on the delivery date, the party sending you the package needs to file what's called a "tracer."  The tracer is how UPS locates it's packages that go into "limbo."  Hope this helps!
