How does US citizen living out of country register to vote?

I sold my home in US and have not registered to vote. The time has come to vote in this Presidential election. How do I go about getting to vote? My residence is in Baja Sur, Mexico.

I think you do an absentee ballot.

Fist off you need to contact the court house where you used to live,they will help you from there and when it's time to vote you will need to request an absente ballot.

Just go to your last state of residence secretary of state website and print off the voter registration form and request for an absentee ballot. Mail it to said secretary of state and you will be registered and sent an absentee ballot. Good Luck.
