I typed Sam's Club 6625+Whistle-Blowers on Yahoo search and curious if the information

is verifiable and legal. Will the Democrats,Senators Clinton(D-NY) and Obama(D-IL) and Republicans,Senator McCain(R-AZ), help the whistle-blowers???

  1. Depending on the state they use these 2 Employment Doctrines; At-Will Employment and the Right-to-Work.  Wrongful Termination are almost impossible to prove unless there are witnesses that are not scared to go to court.  Other legal ways is to have pro-Walmart or Pro Sam's Club write a letter that a certain individual has created a Hostile Work Place Environment another is to have a lot of customer/members complain of lousy service.  There are more that would take more than the alloted space.  Walmart and similar businesses will always win as accounting and many corporate laws are changed to favor them especially those governing the Board of Directors, Samuel Robson "Rob" Walton and James "Jim" Walton.  No US politician will dare go against them.  Thomas M Coughlin who was a protege and confidant of Samuel Moore Walton should had whistle-blowed to defend charges against him unless there were some truth to what happened.  Until the Unions eliminate corruptions of their high-level officers Walmart will always win, especially Rob and Jim Walton.  The SEIU of California and Michigan are in legal trouble.

  2. They fire them.  There are lawsuits pending.

There is a Federal law against retaliation for whistle blowing, 31 U.S.C. Sec. 3730(h).  I would imagine that the politicians would support a law.

  3. Not sure what you're asking. At Walmart, they take whistle blowers for a long walk off a short pier. As to the Senators, I don't know what your asking, whistle blower laws are in place, would take a lot more then three hasbeens to change it.
