How does Wendy's have fresh hamburger meat everyday without freezing it?

Really that doesn't make sense. They certainly don't get new shipments everyday...

Do you know how long ground beef will keep when tightly sealed and refrigerated? And it's not frozen till below 32 degrees Farenheit. So, at very low temps, but still well above the frozen state, ground beef can be held for quite a little while.

i always thought that too but i think they make scedhuled deliveries everyday and or it is the wendy's girl dum dum daaaaa!!!

i know for a fact that is 100% true!!!! they get there shipments once every other day. so 3 times a week. the meat is what i beileved to be vacum sealed and is dated. i think the meat is dated around 2 to 3 weeks. so its not like its super old or anything. that statement is 100% true!!

The main reason, that everyone has overlooked,is in the CHILI. Why do you think they can have fresh hambugers!

They use the left over burgers from the day before,to make chili. Then what do you think they  do with the now made chili?,they freeze it...wala....that's how they do it.....but they still suck as a hamburger.

I also worked at Wendys and it is never frozen. lots of deliveries coming in every other day or so. You keep fresh meat in the store and at home for a couple days and its the same there.

I used to work at a Wendys.  We get shipments 3 times a week.  That's almost once every two days.  And yes, there are always shipment of FRESH hamburgers.
