How does Yahoo 360 chose my friends to display on my page?

I mean, i have friends, more than 10, but when i login my page, only 10 friends can display in page. How does Yahoo 360 chose that 10 friends but not others ? Base what ? Because they view my blog regular or they've just view my blog ?

i think they update their page with blast or blog entries or may be due to change of their profile picture

The order is based solely on updates to their 360. If they update their 360 (manually or automatically via RSS feeds), then their profile pic moves toward the top of the list.
