How does Yahoo determine which emails to send to my phone?

Question

Just curious how Yahoo decides which of my emails it will forward to my cell phone. In addition to arriving in my inbox, a few emails also text to my phone. It's not that I want all of them to do that. I just wonder if I might have any control over which ones. Right now, it seems kind of random.
