How does a 13 year old boy get buff in 2 months?

NO EQUPIMENT

NO GOING TO THE GYM

NO MEDICATION

and what do people mean when they say high protein diets (blah blah blah) ... also when i mean buff...just two obvious pecs and biceps (preferably if you can ... include work out tips for abs too)

AND IF I CAN'T DO IT IN 2 MONTHS...HOW LONG

  1. you can do things like push ups sit ups things like that also if you get a couple of dumbbells(hand held weights) high protein and high carb diets means to eat like alot of pastas and fish also eat slow metabolising foods to help gain the weight you need things like bacon and meats or you can goto a shop and get supplements such as protein and creatine your best bet is to goto a health shop or body building store and ask them as they would be more educated on the correct things you need to do as to suit your particular needs rather than just looking for something on the internet and going of someone elses requirements


  2. Push-ups

    And im talking about 100 of each a day for about 4 months , But you WILL have a buff body after this , Also dont eat white bread/rice or pasta , switch to brown , this will bloat you . Trust me , if you really want to nice body , you will have to work hard .
