How does a CNG car compare to a gas operated car?

Are there any differences aside from the fuel?

you will notice a slight power variation, but that and availability is about the only differences, aside from delivery method to the engine.

Very low pollution, but fewer miles per tank of fuel. Not good for cross country trips, because you can't find fuel at every highway exit.
