  1. The bill of rights was just to reinforce the freedom agenda that everyone has unlimited rights and can govern themselves without interference form other people or the government. It did not give us any more rights it just restrained government from meddling in our rights by insuring it could not infringe on them in areas that appeared gray at the time.

    So we had those rights before it. It is thought we are born with these rights. By just being alive we should have the freedom to be do what we will.

    Our rights, in our constitution, are much more unlimited than the bill of rights. Our constitution was very philosophical as were our founders.


  2. The people develop one to protect the government from violating their basic rights.
