Question:

How does a closed loop cooling system in a car engine work?

  1. i would type car engine cooling into my browser and search for it.......

    other than that the thermostat holds the coolant in the radiator while it cools off, at the same time it is holding the coolant in the engine block while it heats up...... when it reaches a certain temp. the thermostat opens and the coolant flows out of the hose that the t stat is connected to,at the same time the coolant that has cooled is forced into the engine block through the other hose......
