That is scientifically impossible...u can stitch and staple mouths shut but no way of wiring a mouth shut...

the first answer is wrong, a broken jaw has to be wired shut, i have seen it, i'm not sure exactly how the doctors does it, but i know when it is wired shut you need to carry around wire cutters incase you vomit you do not choke on it
