  1. Well they technically can't tell but physically, a hymen (thin fold on the inside of opening of v****a) has been proof of a woman's virginity. However, anything can break it from bike riding to gymnastics.

  2. your hymen is still intact, but it can be broken other ways.

  3. They ask you and you answer, whether honest or not. There is no physical way to determine if a women is a virgin or not because the hymen may have been broken from sports like gymnastics and horseback riding or tampons.

  4. they can look to see if your hymen is still in tact.. and if it is they know your a virgin..  but if not then  they can assume otherwise.  Although it is possiable to break your hymen  in other ways like using a tampon etc. and you may still be a virgin they will just not know.

  5. if ure hymen iss broken or not

  6. Lots of people will say, if the hymen is intact. Don't believe this. The hymen can break by simply falling hard on the ground. Mine broke when I was 11 after falling from a tree and landing by straddeling a limb. I am an OB nurse, and have assisted lots of women having babies (I have to put my fingers in alot of vaginas), and I have personally helped to deliver 2 women whose hymen was partially intact, and as the baby was crowning the doctor had to cut the hymen. I have also asked the OB/GYNs that I work with this question, and they say that they can tell if a woman has had s*x within 48 hours of their exam (presence of s***n, bruising to cervix), but they cannot tell for sure if a woman is a virgin by simply just by doing an exam. I hope this helps. By the way, congratulations on being a virgin. I was a virgin on my wedding night, and "it" was so worth the wait.

  7. Although lots of folks are bound to mention the presence of the hymen- I'd like to point out it's not a tamper proof seal.  If it's there, and fairly intact, the doctor will assume you have not had s*x.  If it's not, it doesn't prove a single thing.  You can be born without one, and it can be broken in other ways than s*x.  You can also have a hymen that forms a vaginal septum, and still have s*x and a baby sometimes- after all that you certainly wouldn't be a virgin- but the septum would be there all the same.  Virginity is a matter of sexual penetration, and it doesn't always leave a visible calling card.  Besides, the doctor really doesn't care one way or the other, beyond making the exam comfortable for you.  In cases of rape, he will document visible signs of physical damage.  He will not make any comment on virginity because it's not something you can prove one way or the other.

  8. Not really, no they can't tell... yes they can tell if your hymen is intact or not, but that doesn't mean that you're not a virgin. I'm waiting to get married (i'm 21) also but when I went to the gyno, my hymen was broken. Alot of things can break it, tampons, horseback riding, pretty much anything.

  9. if your hymen is broken or not, that's how they know.

  10. they used to use the hyman tissue that is in front of your cervix but from personal experiance it can brake different ways too if you get hi in the groin it could brake but now they have cameras and new ways but other than that they really can't tell one way or the other if your a virgin or not
