  1. To say the least, your question is very confusing. I'm going to say you mean a minor child that hasn't gone to school. A Pre-schooler. Depending on the problem, it will effect them. In order to get attention, they may do things out of the norm. If the problem is with another child for whatever reason, the younger child will throw more tantrums to get an "equal share". If the problem is more "environmental", then it can vary. The question needs to be a tad more specific. We can all talk in generalities. Fact is depending on the severity of the problem, you can get a wide range of results.
