Studios and their agencies do Casting calls all the time.  Check "variety" or your local news paper.

However be careful, there are a lot of scams.  You go for a casting call and then they try to sell you photo sessions or acting lessons.

Remember, for every Hanna Montanna, there are thousands unemployed kid actors. It is a very tough and competitive field. So don't be discouraged if you can't make it.
