  1. he subscribes to a service.  Then he

    keys it in.

  2. Generally they do not because rent is paid in advance and is not credit.    The only time it is reported is when rent is not paid and the landlrod has to resort to a collection company.

  3. I go to the local Credit Check place and walk in with the tenant if you are checking their credit.

You can now do it online at www.thelpa.com and pay $17.
