The only way a man can get pregnant is by praying to god and hoping that his male genitalia fall off painlessly. Then, by the grace of god they get miraculously replaced by the female type. Once the miracle is completed, then the man can become pregnant regularly, that is though copulating with another man (keep that in mind prospect prayers) but NOT with a woman (in case you thought it was possible to become pregnant with one's own sperm).

A man born as a male cannot become pregnant. The men that have been pregnant were actually born as women and have decided to have a gender change.

Transgendered men still have the same s*x- organs as a woman, ie womb & ovaries, so they can still become pregnant via artificial insemination.

A male does not have the re-productive organs that women have, which is why (unfortunately) men cannot conceive and give birth.

BUT if you are talking about the person on the news lately who is the man who got pregnant, that's a bit of a different story

that person is a man, but was born with female genitals and was transgengered. so that person began living their true life as a man. then this person chose to get pregnant etc etc

so this person is a man, but has the genitals of a woman

i know...it's confusing if you are hearing this for the first time
