How does a man make friends with a woman? I am 22 and going to college with mostly 18 year olds?

Get to know them in class a bit first, the professor will probably break you into groups at some point. Start a conversation by asking a genuine question about the reading assignment last night, or whatever.

   Once you know them a little bit, see if they want to get coffee. If you like each other still, then you can go out.

Your age bracket is not that major apart.  Just be yourself and treat them with the same respect you would treat ppl your age.  Not too difficult an issue.  D

But I'd say that 18yrold female college students would look for maturity that guys their age do not possess~~
