because fat is lighter than cows milk, in a centrifugal milk cream separator is it the milk(liquid) that goes to the outer areas of the bowl and the cream(solid) collecting in the centre part???

  1. You've got it right. When it spins, the milk, which is heaviest, is pushed outward against the walls and the cream, which is lighter, is collected in the middle.
