How does a non-conformist in society hold strong to their believes without anything breaking them? ?

And how do they not feed into peer pressure to conform rather to not? When they know that they are a non-conformist naturally and their life path has influenced them to be that way.

  1. Proving and assuring themselves that what they believe is right contrary to popular beliefs by using what they see around them as examples to further reinforce them.


  2. they need to be very strongly committed to their beliefs and ideals. I think the commitment itself gives one courage.

  3. I suggest that you take the tact of conforming to most of the mundane societal precepts, but stay committed to not conforming to other life aspects which you do not personally feel are amenable to compromise.

    We can be rebels, but only for just causes.
