If they generate a surpluss income, where does it go? How is it managed?

  1. Any surplus goes back into the program to buy supplies, resources, etc. that will expand their service; their main motive isn't to earn a profit like for-profit companies. They have managers and directors and treasurers who direct the funds into each branch of the company
