  1. go to planned parenthood!!!! She better do it soon too, whats harder to tell parents....." I'm sexually active" or "I'm pregnant "right!!!!:D

  2. if your friend is 17 then she is old enough to know that along with having s*x there are some consequences that might come along.  She should sit down with her parents and talk to them about everything going on in her life.  If not, then she is not mature enough to be having s*x and needs to stop and think!

  3. as far as i know you can get birth control without your parents consent. go to a doctor or planning clinic.

  4. You, or your friend, can go to the local family planning or health department and get put on birthcontrol.

  5. Health Department!!!

  6. i would go to a free clinic or any type of clinic, call of that is confidential info, i would say an obgyn, but im sure her parents insurance would pay for the meds.

  7. planned parenthood or a community health center can help. Also depending upon the type of insurance and billing practices she could make her own appointment to see her doc. My sister went on the pill at 16 without my parents knowing. Our doc prescribed it for her. She used baby sitting money and allowance to pay for it.

  8. Planned Parenthood is completely confidential and doesn't require parental consent. She could also wait til she's 18 then request it from her usual doctor because she'll no longer need parental consent.

  9. planned parenthood. Its free usually and you dont have to come back often. Her parents dont have to know....although if she gets the pill or the ring they might find the box so she should keep it safe and hidden. The pill you have to take everyday at the same time..if she feels that it will be too much of a hassel then there is the depo shot (i think thats every 3 months or maybe every month) you have to go back and get another. There is also the ring that she can INSERT herself each month. She should visit a clinic or planned parent hood and explore all of her options. I hope at least she uses condoms.

  10. Planned parenthood. You can buy condoms anywhere, pharmacy, grocery store and even the 99 cent store. If she is embarrassed, go buy some for her.

  11. Go to a free clinic

  12. Planned Parenthood doesn't require parental knowledge.
