How does a quiet person get attention.............?

When a loud person is upset they go quiet but a quiet person can't get any quieter and so when they are upset they don't get noticed

yup, story of my life... haha, i know exactly what you mean. I guess that's one of the downsides to being quiet- if you want attention if ur upset you're going to have to get it more directly... but a quiet person wouldn't do that... welll i know that i am sort of quiet but i'm always really cheerful, so if i'm not as cheerful ppl might be ale to tell i'm upset... but i'd rather they didn't know anyway lol

we don't. we just go unnoticed that we are upset to the people who we go unnoticed to all the time. only our friends will notice.

Yeah sob story of my life too... boo hoo... did yall notice ur a girls and all picked "pretty" avatars... some quiets get attention when they are upset, they tend to look distant... if high too distant... which could be really anoyying... and it could make family mad... usually if ur with ur own family they understand... quiets system kids... good luck... i pray for you...

a good thing to do is have some one u can always talk to... ALWAYS... no matter what time.. get it off so if wont effect u and u can go on being u!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really don't think it's how loud you talk rather than what you are saying.  Give them the unexpected not so nice you and it will put them in total shock.  They will shut up and listen to you.
