  1. Hiii my friend The answer is that CELL RENEW®  supports the oxygen needs of the body over an extended period of time by releasing oxygen from the water molecule. The release of oxygen begins as soon as CELL RENEW® is mixed with water.  CELL RENEW® itself only contains small amounts of oxygen.

Also  With increasing age, the skin's cell renewal process becomes less efficient. Tissue repair and cell regeneration slow down. The amount of natural moisture present in the skin is reduced. Because collagen production is less, the skin becomes thinner and loses its flexibility.

    I hope i helped !

    Thank you

    Take care

  2. They don't, they simply produce more skin cells via mitosis (aka cell division).

Not sure why you wrote "Organelles?" at the end as they don't seem to be relevant to your question.  Sort of like asking "How do meteories work? Fruit juice?"

  3. Mitosis results in the division of cells to produce new cells which form new tissues and thus the skin can continually renew itself.
