  1. craiglist.com has job listings and it tells you the age at which you can apply to each place =]


  2. Yes, it will never hurt to go and ask if places are hiring or look for places that have a Help wanted sign.

  3. Apply everywhere. Thats what I did and a year and a half later (at 17) i got one at K-mart. You can't give up. I did but if I didn't I probably would've gotten one sooner. Most things have applications online so look up sites of stores close to you.
