Though vampires do use their fangs it is rather typical that this question may be asked. Normaly it is asked by new vampires who seek help. If you have ever tried drinking soda straight from a cup it is rather easy. What the vampire does is tear the skin with their fangs. Drawing blood. From there they simply drink the blood as if it were just drinking a soda without the straw. It just envolves much more preasure.
