How does a management team make sure there is a comprehensive system for preventing health problems and for intervening when problems exist, especially with regard to pregnant women and children from birth to three years of age?

Provide cleaning supplies, disinfectant sprays and cleaners. Basically clean clean clean. Everyone should wash hands often and don't come to work or class if you have a fever, vomiting etc. Not sure if this is what you are asking.
