How does an 8 day school schedule work? 10 best answer points?

Our school just adopted an 8 day school schedule and I am soooo confused by it and theres nothing on the web about

please help me!!!! school starts in 2 days

ohhh- tough scedual...i think it goes like this-

day 1monday

day 2tuesday

day 3wednsday

day 4thursday

day 5friday

day 6saturday

day 7 sunday

day 8monday

but i ont get how that would work with 1 and 2 being monday...

Pretty easy actually.  And unless you're taking a class like Driver's Ed where you meet only once a week, there's really no affect on you.

Way back in high school we used a 6 day schedule: A B C D E and F.  Driver's Ed would be held on just one of those days, and then gym on either ACE or BDF.  Based on what day it is, then you go to the class you have scheduled for that specific day.  But really, with only a couple exceptions, you're classes will meet every day, so it's nothing to fret over. :)

On a side note, looking at the schedule..... recess in high school?!?!  I feel like I was cheated now! :P

if you know what your classes are the starting teusday  guess it will be day one wednesday day 2 and so on but ther wont neccisarily be the same day of the week for each day...BTW this pretty freaking confusing i think your school will probably change it best of luck!!!

It can be pretty confusing, but it helps, so you don't miss any classes due to holidays, long weekends, etc. When you start school, (Tuesday?), it will be Day 1, the next day, Day 2. This will continue until you hit the weekend. On Monday, the schedule will resume as it was before. It can be confusing, seeing as Monday isn't always Day 1, it's in constant rotation, but you'll get a hang of it! =)

who ever made that table is a r****d. how do you start and end a class at the same time?? there are only 7 possible days too.  good luck figuring that out.

It's not that confusing, trust me. My school has a 7-day schedule.

All it means is that on the first day of school, Tuesday, will be Day 1 of your schedule. Wednesday will be Day 2 of your schedule; Thursday is Day 3; Friday is Day 4.

Then on Monday, you just continue like this: Monday being Day 5 of your schedule, Tuesday being Day 6, Wednesday will be Day 7; Thursday Day 8. Then, you just restart with that Friday being Day 1.

Get it? Trust me, I had to get used to a 7-Day schedule last year and it got a lot easier after the first week.

Wednesday - Day 2

Thursday - Day 3

Friday - Day 4

Monday - Day 5

Tuesday - Day 6

Wednesday - Day 7

Thursday - Day 8

Friday - Day 1

... Rinse and repeat.

Skip Saturdays and Sundays when doing the days.
