As a US Resident, BUT not a US Citizen, how do I address the US President? The reason being, I have a letter to send to him, and unsure how to address the dignitary in person.

  1. If we are being civilized we should refer to him in a letter as "Mr. President" or "Madam President" if and probably when Hillary gets in. Personally I have a few other choice names I'd call him. HAHA

  2. Mr Bonesmen

  3. Try, Mr. President.

  4. You don't considering that you're not an American Citizen

  5. Mr. President

  6. hist title is president.  he may not be your president.  nonetheless he is president of the united states.  just like if i were to go up to gordon brown.  i would still refer to him as mr. prime minister.

don't you still refer to a doctor as Dr.?  even if he isn't your doctor.

  7. George jnr.
