How does an arts fair for aspiring artist to showcase their talents benefit?

how does this fair for budding artist benefit the youths, society and the government....

it allows for an appropriate opportunity for the youth to be exposed and explore types of art. Society is allowed to visibly see where their community stands either, culturally, economically, or politically. I can't quite think of any government benefit other than taxes.

Not to mention the exposure the artists receive, and the opportunity to talk about their work.
