you dont make money at ur age enjoy ur childhood! ask you mum/dad/nan if you can do chores for money ie. hoover, wash dishes etc.

Chores, and more chores!! Even your neighbours might be willing to pay you to weed the garden or walk the dog. However, buy something more worthwhile than a phone. Having a phone is a pain in the neck and will enable anyone to check on you wherever you are - like your parents. I hate mobiles - I have one and leave it at home most of the time, because I hate being checked up on!
